Participant Identifier
A participant identifier is a unique identifier used on the Peppol network, more information on how participant identifiers are constructed can be found here.
For Belgian enterprises the structure is as follows:

Registering Participants
In order to send or receive Peppol documents, you will need to register all your participants through our API. While registering participants, you can specify which Peppol document types are applicable for this participant.
If you also want to receive Peppol documents for your participant, then make sure to configure where these Peppol documents should be sent to through our API. There's multiple options available such as an FTP server, through a webhook or through e-mail. The documents will always be available on the portal.
Participants can be managed through the /peppol/participants endpoints.
